Submit Support & Request Tickets to Web Services
This is being communicated to all new editors who take training, but here’s a heads up for the veteran Web Editors- Web Services is now using IT’s Team Dynamix platform for support/request tickets. If you have a problem with your website, such as something not functioning, looking the way it should, or if you have a request for some new functionality, need an edit to an existing digital form, or need a new one- submit a ticket using Team Dynamix. Using support tickets ensure that the Web Services teams receives your request/problem, is aware of it, and can triage appropriately.
